I write stories about people who don't fit. Characters caught between who they're supposed to be and who they actually are, trying to figure out which one matters more.
Originally an engineer, I learned how to build robots. I understand how they work, what makes them break. In my free time as a writer, I use that same systematic thinking to build worlds, along with all the cool (pseudo)-science behind it, but with all the emotional layers: relationships, choices, and the moments that make you hold your breath.
My YA sci-fi fantasy series “Vesperaun” is for readers who want to lose themselves in complex characters they actually care about. The kind of people you think about after you finish reading, wondering what you'd do in their place. Stories where the stakes feel real because they're personal.
I’m drawn to writing about characters who are badasses on the outside, but are quietly struggling with their own demons. Who feel lonely even when people close to them are around. Who have to decide if it's worth fighting for who they are when the world is telling them to be someone else. And of course… there's someone they fall head over heels for who makes everything more complicated…
